Silver the Dog needs a home

SILVER is a two year old Doberman-Boxer blend female who was flown to us all the way from the island of Saint Thomas!
SILVER is a hurricane Irma evacuee. PAR partnered with the Kenny Chesney Foundation and agreed to take SILVER into our program and place her into a new FURever home.
Sadly, SILVER had to be surrendered because her owners' home suffered extreme damage during the hurricane and the family does not have resources to care for SILVER and rebuild their lives.

SILVER is a super sweet girl. She is crate trained, good with dogs, good with respectful children and she walks very well on a leash.
Unfortunately, coming from a warm climate, SILVER is heartworm positive. She is currently starting her treatment.

The adoption fee is $165 which includes their age appropriate vaccinations(DA2PP and Bordetella), Dewormer, spay/neuter, microchip, heartworm test as well as the registration of their microchip information to you.

The first step to adopting is to fill out an application for adoption. Once approved we will arrange a time for you to meet the animal you are interested in. If it is a match the adoption can then be completed and you can take home your new furry family member. If it is not a match we will file your approved application and you can wait till you find the perfect match.
